So with the start of the new year comes resolutions. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about! Thing is, that's something I haven't done in a long time. But I know a lot of people do, and one of the things that tops the list is lose weight. So I thought I'd share some things I learned when I was losing weight in hopes it might help one or two people.
Everyone has their own ideas on how to lose weight and what products to get and what exercises to use and what foods to avoid and so on. Which makes it super confusing when a person decides to actually lose weight! I know that I tried things in the past and gave up because I hated it. But I have since hit on something that worked for me, so I thought I would post about it. And while organizing my thoughts, realized I can split this into several posts. Partly so that I can expand on some ideas and not make a fucking HUGE post, and partly to give me more content to post here. ^_^;
So I'll be sharing several posts on things related to weight loss that may or may not help you or someone you know. Is my way the One True Way to Lose Weight? Of course not! But I will expand on what worked for me, and by doing so, maybe someone can find something that works for them. Everyone will have a different method, so trying different suggestions from people can help you find what works for you.
